Is it normal for hair to make ripping sound when brush?
I think I am being paranoid... But sometimes I get the odd hair that breaks off at the ends, and now whenever I brush and I hear any sort of noise I automatically think "There goes another hair". My friends say it is normal for hair to make a sharp sound when you brush, as it is the strands seperating and it is friction. Is this really normal? Do other girls experience it?
IT really depends on the brush. Usually plastic brushes with the far spaced rounded bristles make that nosie. I've experinced it, and my hair is perfectly fine when I use one of those brushes.
