How the hell do you hang the keys that have fallen to those of white clips?
I have a Dell Inspiron E1505. There appears nothing on the back of the black keys to hang the white clips on the keyboard. The mountain white clip but I do not see how on earth you can hook the two together!? If anyone knows how to please be very specifc in your direction. Guess your talking to a 10-year .... maybe still young, 10 years are already at that sort of thing. Thank you. It's a laptop.
Well after the extraction of one of the keys on my laptop, I can honestly tell you that it is a bit tricky:) what you should be looking for are the small clips locator 4 on the back of the key Now you see the little white plastic thing that is attached to the keyboard again? If you lift it with your fingernail, you will notice that there are 4 little plastic pegs, one in each corner, that's what you aim, a pin in each clip, the best way is to hold the plastic off-white and line the bottom two pins with the bottom two clips loctaor and slip into the slip-up key on them, you may have to look to do so after release the white lock and press the button as bluntly as possible, use the other around her tips for this, the stakes not fit into the white clips black when the white part is entirely or almost flat, after some clicking noises the key should be back on, hope this helps:)
