Hi, What American grad schools I can have a double major in fashion design and business administration?
I have a BA of Science degree in accounting background mode without design. Fashion Design is me and for once I would do that for me. What are my chances as a student abroad.
Since you already have a business degree (in accounting, in particular), I'm not sure you need to get a another undergraduate degree in business. I think you that you are on this subject. For fashion, even if you want to try to get into the best fashion school possible. The industry is very competitive with students in more good jobs there, so you want to go to high school, make a strong network of contacts, do internships / cooperatives in the area, and go out with a very strong portfolio. So I recommend the following schools, which may not have business as a major, but do have very strong programs in fashion design: - Fashion Institute of Technology, New York - Parsons School of Design in New York - Otis College of Art and Design, Los Angeles In these schools, you can actually get jobs in fashion. A school fashion very popular, but not so good, is FIDM in Los Angeles. I do not recommend it, and it is so well known (but again, not good) I have to call and tell you a little.
