About how much does an ice cream shop make a week?
I'm doing a project and need to estimate how much an ice cream shop would make a week, but I have no clue how to figure it out.
In the end it has to be enough to cover expenses. If you could help it would be great!
On a busy beach in teh summer, a lot. On an empty beachin the winter, loses money even if it is closed. You need to do a bottom up projection. Figure out how many customers you will have each day, what their average purchase is (a small cone or a large banana split?) and do the math to get daily sales. Seasonal depends on how detailed you need to be.
