what would go well with a chocolate meringue mousse cake?
i just made a chocolate meringue mousse cake and it looks delicious!! but it only serves 6, and i need a little more to go with it. i want to make something else (not a cake, but a bunch of little things, ex. cookies) that's not chocolate so it won't compete. the chocolate cake is really rich, so something light, perhaps?? what would go well with it??
You can buy or make little pastry shells and fill with a layer of softened cream cheese and jam, peach, strawberry, cherry. They will look pretty and not be too rich
