What are measurable standards of performance for productivity, quality, quantity, and efficency?
I'm working on a community service project with a team and we're all stuck on this question. We tried asking the professor but he wouldn't respond with a clear answer. What do you guys think this means in terms of your group and finding success in your project? If you guys could give an example for each for us to base our answers off of that would be incredible.
Start from the end. What's the end product of your combined efforts. If you are producing an item then how many you have actually produced against the plan, how's the quality of the item (material & hand work), how many you have actually produced and how fast you produce it,.
