Where can I get an inexpensive nice pedicure/manicure set?
I got one a long time ago and it was really good, but I was little and didn't realize how good it was and kinda destroyed it. It was The Color Institutes' Essence of Nails. It came with a top coat, bottom coat, cuticle remover, nail hardener, orange sticks, and multiple nails sculpting tools [double sided emery boards, nail clippers, cuticle pushers, stuff like that]. I'm looking for something around $20, plus or minus $10. Something in that range.
