Why do empty carbs like Cookies and junk food make you moody and anxious?
Ive been eating basically healthy, complex carbs - salads, chicken (jus had 6 hot wings - yum!), fish and egg white omlettes and Ive been feeling O so good. No anxiety or moods swings and am able to communicate efficently like a pro. When I do have junk food its the opposite, why is that so?
sugar gives you a temporary energy boost, then it makes you crash very hard. when you crash you get tired, which gets you moody, and anxious. cookies and junk food have alot of sughar
