What essential vitamins and minerals do you not get from most multivitamins?
I would guess Omega-3's at least?
And please don't say calories, fats, protein or carbs, or anything obnoxious like that.

i use to use scitec's 'daily-one' which didnt have enough b12 and A but enough of minerals, and the multi mega sport i use currently has all the vitamins but no minerals
so along with the Multi mega sport vitamins i take Scitecs calcium magnesium
sorry for being confusing, the idea is u have to understand what ur supplement contains and what it doesnt, then trying to compensate the missing ones
it also depends how much intake ur body requires, search for "ods vitamin" on google, scroll down there is a table telling how much of each stuff your body should be having
after understanding ur needs u should buy the correct product with the correct amount of minerals
sometimes i add a shark liver oil gel tablet along with my other tablets to get some omega-3, i have no idea what im saying here but i was recommended the liver oil and i think it helps with the omega 3...
but generally, multivitamins should have all the vitamin ur body needs but not calcium or magnesium or zinc, so maybe youd wanna consider my way, multimineral(dont buy the ones with vitamins, only minerals, e.g.,zinc magnesium boron iron calcium...)+multivitamin
