Is it possible to use a mascara brush as an eyeliner pencil?
I read in Seventeen that this is possible, but I'm not sure how it would work. It sounds kinda stupid, but how would you manage to get the "eyeliner effect" without getting mascara all over your eyes? Cuz I don't have fancy mascara brushes or anything; just some stuff I ordered from Avon.
Any advice?
if you wanted to do that you would need an eyeliner brush, (not an angled one)
you would simply dip the brush in the product and draw a line on the eyelid where your eyelashes meet the lid.
i wouldn't recommend it just because mascara is meant for being on lashes, not your skin so you could have a reaction but in emergency cases i guess you could do it
