Is it acceptable to use liquid Dial soap to clean the outside of my lip piercing?

I would mix it with water so it is not at full power. but he should be allowed because it is an antibacterial soap. Personally, I would stick Bactine or something like that. not hydrogen peroxide or alcohol, it can irritate the piercing and cause scar tissue
