How/where can you buy jewlery, get a great price, but be sure you are getting a quality piece of jewlery?
I have looked at pawn shops but never feel like I can tell whether it is genuine or a fake, and whether it is worth the price. If you go to a reputable jewler, they sell at retail. I don't feel comfortable buying online (Ebay, etc.). So what are my options?
