I want to permanently straighen my hair...?
What are my options? I have hair that reaches down past my shoulders. It's naturally straight, but I got it permed about a year and a half ago. So like, it's now wavy where it was permed, and straight where the new growth is.
I need something that is PERMANENT, I want to get rid of this curl, and I need something that won't gost me more than $100. As in, I don't have a whole lot of money D:
Please I hate my hair so much, these frizzies and flyaways don't respond to anything! 
I had the CHI straightening treatment done. It cost more than $100, it was about $250 and that was a few years ago. It took my naturally curly, tight spiral curls, hair to stick straight. I paid another $150 for the CHI straightener for touch-ups and now I can wear my hair curly or straight.
Go to Overstock.com and look for the CHI straightner, it is where I bought my second one after I accidently broke the first one. It is not permanent, but I do not think that you will find what you are looking for your price.
