How do u choose tones when u use BARE ESCENTUALS MINERAL MAKEUP?
My skin is awful, so I want to buy bare escentuals mineral makeup. However, i have no idea what tone to use. I have very very white skin and afraid that when i buy this make up, i will put darker color than my skin. Or i may do opposite and make my face even whiter. How do u know how to mix the colors and what to apply. thanx a lot:)
You should go to Sephora in the mall or any place that sells bare minerals. The people who work there will tell you exactly what you need. They sell different kits for different skin tones. They have one for fair skin that comes with all the brushes and everything you need. You may need to buy the concealer which is called bisque. it is very good and will cover all your blemishes. After that you need to experiment with it. I usually put the bisque all over my face to even out my skin tone. I am also fair skinned. Then I use the medium. Then you put on the mineral veil and the blush. You can even sleep with the make up without breaking out. I am sure you wont be disappointed. The only thing that you should be careful about is the warmth. It comes in the kit and makes you look tan. For my light skin, it was too dark for me. So, I dont use it. Just experiment until you find what works for you.
