How long does it take until you get out of shape?
I'm in great shape at the moment for football. The problem is that I am ill and high school football season just ended. On Tuesday I played my last game and since I did not do physical activity ab exercises outside (again because I am more than bronchitis). Basketball conditioning begins Monday. Do you think I am out of shape, and that will be difficult for me? Please help ... THANKS (: Oh and I watch what I eat.
Firstly, I'm glad you recovered successfully from your bronchitis. In my opinion, I do not think you're out of shape, but your body really been weakened by the bacteria that attacked in your body. Thus, you may feel out of shape and briefly breath until your body works behind its recovery phase. I recommends plenty of fluids to ensure your electrolyte is at its highest level. In addition, I would buy a great protein supplement to help them make weight and muscle mass greater as you go in the season of basketball. You asked if it would be hard for you ... the answer would not ... hard, but hard simply because your body is still at a stage of healing. However, your strength, speed, strength, and fitness will return to its maximum level within 2-3 weeks. I recommend once you feel strong enough for jogging, try refreshing anywhere from 1 to 2 miles every other day, this will really help you in the fitness playtime Stay positive and mentally focused, and continue to compete.
