Mac cosmetics powder question?
keep in mind that i use the blot powder on foundation too. i don't want to get too cakey.
if i bought the mac blot powder will i need a finishing powder to go with it or will it work fine on it's own?
The blot powder is simply to take away any shine on your face. It is not a finishing powder at all.
For example you put on foundation right? Normally with a foundation you use a powder on top of it to seal the foundation. A blot powder would not do that. You would need any actually powder for you skin UNLESS you bough a foundation with a powder combined (i.e. MAC Studio Tech). So unless you have super oily skin or you just want to touch up without adding more makeup then that's what you would use the blot powder for.
