Will it stay if you use tacky glue on rhinestones?
I want to decorate my clear phone case with rhinestones and I was wondering if Aleena's tacky glue would work or if I have to buy a special gem glue like this...

I think Tacky glue would probably work fine. That stuff bonds just about anything.
Of course, you could always test it first. Do a small design and wait a week. If the rhinestones all stay on do the rest of it with Tacky Glue, but if some come off buy the special glue.
