in photoshop, is there a way to use a brush tool to reduce the amount of red in a picture, for example?
I know you can adjust the color balance of a whole photo or of a highlighted area, but is there a way to do it with a brush tool? like set the specifications, then brush over the area you want to change. it would be so much easier! Please tell me there's a way.
new adjustment layer doesn't seem to be an option. I 'm using CS4. thank you for the answer though.
1. Open your picture
2. Click: Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Color Balance...
3. Make your adjustments
4. Make sure the layer is selected
5. Click: Layer > Layer Mask > Delete
6. Click Layer > Layer Mask > Hide All
7. Select a brush and set the color to white
8. Brush the areas where you want the adjustment
